1. Your Reservation Is Added to the Cart Automatically
Once you click “Checkout,” the reservation item is added to your cart instantly. You will not need to search for it or select anything else, the system handles this for you.
You’ll be taken straight to the checkout page where you can review your order before completing payment.
2. Complete Checkout Through Our Secure Payment System
Checkout takes place here on our protected storefront at shop.veloxaero.com, using encrypted payment processing.
Your personal and payment information is handled securely, and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the transaction is complete. This email will include your order number and a summary of your reservation.
3. You Will Automatically Be Redirected to Two Agreements
After checkout, our system immediately generates two individualized documents tied to your order:
- Your Pre-Order Agreement
- Your Warranty Agreement
You will be auto redirected after checkout to your personalized documents tied directly to your order.
4. Review & Sign the Agreements at Your Convenience
Your reservation will remain in a “pending” state until both documents are signed. Once you complete the signatures, the system updates automatically, there is no need to notify us.
Every completed document is securely stored and a copy is automatically emailed to you for your records.
5. Your Reservation Becomes Official Once Signatures Are Complete
After both agreements are submitted, your reservation is finalized.
You’ll receive a Final Confirmation Email confirming that your build slot has been secured. This message will include:
- Your official reservation number
- A timestamp confirming document completion
- A summary of what to expect next
- Contact information for your dedicated support representative
- Instructions on how future updates will be delivered to you
At this point, you are officially entered into the Velociter reservation system.
Ongoing Communication and Support
From here, you are never left in the dark. You will begin receiving updates, information, and timeline details as the reservation program progresses.
We will keep you informed about key milestones, such as:
- Program updates
- Production schedule windows
- Estimated delivery timelines
- Opportunities for events, demos, and more
